Public Health Media (PHM) has announced two promotions to its leadership team, with Beth Barron stepping into the chief client and operations officer role, and Elyse Rettig as chief product officer.

Barron will focus on client operations, commercial structure and resource management. In her role as chief product officer, Rettig will lead the Product Lab at PHM. Rettig joined PHM in 2009 and brings 20 years of experience in integrated media.
